Cannon Ranch/Bella Verde DRI (2,005 acres on S.R. 52). Represented developer in initial entitlement and approval of DRI that originally permitted over 1,000,000 SF of retail and 9,000 residential units.
Mitchell Ranch Plaza DRI (125 acre development at SE corner of S.R. 54 and Little Road). Represented landowner and developer through DRI/entitlement processes and the ultimate sale of all parcels. Project consists of 681,087 SF of retail and 69,000 SF of theatre.
River Ridge DRI (1,896 acres on Ridge Road, West Pasco County). Represented developer for many years throughout the entitlement, site plan approval and lot sale processes in this large, mixed use, master-planned development in West Pasco County that originally consisted of 6,540 residential units, 44.3 acres of commercial space and 32.6 acres of office space.
Trinity DRI (3,448.3-acres in West Pasco County off of S.R. 54). Represented former landowner in sale of large tract in the entitlement process. Project consists of approximately 8,000 residential units, over 1,000,000 SF of commercial and 1,000,000 SF of office park, among other entitlements.
Gulf View Square Mall DRI (85 acres on U.S. Hwy. 19, near Port Richey, FL). Represented major mall developer in obtaining a substantial modification to DRI, which permits regional mall with 1,159,156 SF of commercial.
Sea Forest/Gulf Harbors (900 acres off of U.S. Hwy. 19 near New Port Richey, FL). Represented developer in obtaining entitlements, financing and sale of many parcels in this large development near New Port Richey, which includes several high-rise apartment/condo towers.
